Salary Band – 3L Gross CTC (Net Take Home Approx – 17-18k)
Education – Graduate in Supply chain, Material Management, Retail logistics courses
GET – Graduate Engineer Trainee
Salary Band – 3.5L Gross CTC (Net Take Home Approx – 20-21k)
Education – Engineer in Mechanical Degree
Each would be placed in either DC (Distribution Center – Large Grocery Warehouse) or CPC (City Processing Center – Fruits &Vegetables, Dairy Warehouse).
Departments in which they would be trained for 6months. Post training they would be certified & placed. Anyone not getting certified or fail to clear training exams might have issue in confirmation of appointment.

Job Description
Learn and Understand the warehouse management operations.
Design and define business processes for warehousing and transport operations.
Identify, recommend and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency – productivity, accuracy, on-time & space utilization.
Working closely with different stake holders to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Monitor the progress of all improvement projects till benefits are derived.
Drive the Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement mind-set.
