- Provide desktop-level support, including PC installation and troubleshooting.
- Handle LAN issues and ensure network connectivity.
- Assist in server issue handling and maintenance.
- Support users with technical problems and ensure timely resolution.

- Fresh graduate with a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware and software installation.
- Knowledge of LAN setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to handle server-related issues.
