Job Description:

Job Title: Software Tester Intern


  • Automation and manual testing methodologies


  • Collaborate with business owners to develop and implement comprehensive test plans
  • Estimate the time and resources required for the testing process
  • Craft effective testing strategies aligned with project goals
  • Utilize the QA project management tool to monitor progress and maintain accurate records
  • Stay abreast of new project requirements and incorporate them into testing plans
  • Manage detected defects, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success
  • Participate in weekly status meetings with the project leadership team to provide updates and address concerns
  • Vigilantly monitor issue resolution timelines and ensure timely delivery of solutions

Technical Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in Agile Testing methodologies
  • Experience conducting API Testing
  • Expertise in Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, and Jest
  • Familiarity with various Web and Mobile technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Testing Tools & Techniques
  • Proficient use of Defect Tracking & Test Case Management Tools
  • Understanding of Database concepts and SQL queries
  • Cross-Browser Testing Skills to ensure consistent user experience across platforms
  • Project Management skills to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • General Operating Systems Knowledge for handling various technical environments
  • Basic Programming Knowledge to comprehend and troubleshoot software issues

  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to evolving software environments
  • Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively convey complex information
  • Ability to thrive in an agile-driven environment, embracing change and adapting quickly
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues

The interview process will be:

  1. Online Assessment
  2. Two Technical round
  3. Final HR round
