Need of Technical Education !

India’s powerful power education system needs to make major changes to align with the education system of developed countries where digital education is the norm of the day. The current government’s Digital India program will focus on teacher development to improve teaching methods and ensure a level playing field across the country. We know that technology cannot fill the vacancy of teachers, but only fills them. The key is to
use digital platforms and solutions to deliver secure and quality content and most importantly provide access to quality teachers. Education technology will transform education for the better – making it more affordable and accessible. This is especially important in the Indian context because we have a serious shortage of access to higher education up to college level due to many seemingly insurmountable challenges, from local distribution to the socio-economic status of students entering most Indian educational institutions. Also, the cost of educating one of the world’s largest people has been steadily rising and there is an expectation that technology can make education accessible to those who so far cannot benefit equally.

Educational technologies will be used to disseminate useful information, teacher training and retraining, to improve quality education, to raise awareness of arts and culture and to instill values ??that are constantly maintained in formal and informal fields. (NPE-1986) .Education technologies are defined as members of tools and technologies that help to better understand the learning and teaching process. Educational technology is research and the right process to facilitate e-learning, which is to learn and improve performance by creating, implementing and managing appropriate processes and resources. The original art and successful business model business models were made around providing software and hardware to make the learning experience better. Much of this is about making multimedia-based learning materials, and having computers and screens in classrooms where audio and visual aids can be used to teach. Providing hardware and multimedia content to make classrooms healthier, more cohesive and reduce dependence on teacher quality as finding effective teachers is one of the biggest challenges especially in rural areas. India has a shortage of content creators working on creating multimedia material in regional languages while there are other content creators when it comes to English and Hindi language even though it is limited. The new government at the center has been insisting that e-learning be introduced in all schools, but the biggest challenge is finding the right multimedia content that is updated and updated regularly. If many high-quality content producers are not available to work with continuous learning materials, e-learning will remain a dream come true in India.

WHY TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION:

Availability of resources:
With the help of technology, it is easy to provide audio visual education. Learning resources are growing and expanding. Now in this clear and large way as part of an IT curriculum, students are encouraged to view computers as a tool to be used in all aspects of their studies.

Improves the learning environment:
A completely new learning environment is changing the learning process by incorporating lively activities into learning environments including purposeful visual environments.
Critical thinking, research skills, and assessment are becoming increasingly important as students have an increasing number of data from a variety of sources.

Read anytime anywhere:
With the help of technology the speed of information transfer is much faster. One can study whenever one likes it whether it is day or night and whether it is in this part of the world. The Internet supports thousands of different types of operating and testing services, one of which is an online library that can be used to access large amounts of data.

Classroom reading:
This type of technology became very popular in the late nineties and continued to be used for the past decade. Satellite lighting for live classrooms or VSAT, hardware-enabled learning centers students interacted with teachers who teach remotely became commonplace in many private disciplines. Even the Indian government has tried to
promote this model in the past with help from IITs and EDUSAT has been business on this route. However, although the low cost and high speed of the internet have made this technology more efficient and VSAT unnecessary, the cost of learning center infrastructure and commodity prices serve as a barrier to this type.

Social networking class online platform
Peer learning can be very important, and the class should continue to work together and learn collaboratively even after class hours. This concept has led to the emergence of many public learning platforms. Many social learning platforms like Grockit, remixlearning.com have found great success. In India, pagalguy.com is a good example, but there are no
other public education, especially primary and secondary education. School boards can do a lot for this.

Mobile-based learning management systems
Generally in India, more people have access to Smartphones with internet as opposed to computers with broadband connections. This is a major source of investment based on mobile learning technology. There is no doubt that placing learning resources on the phone itself is the answer to a very useful tool.

CHALLENGES
Despite the initial introduction of technology in the Education system, India is still facing challenges of new technology in education.

Some of these are:
• Insufficient or limited access to computers and computer software in educational institutions
• Lack of time in the school schedule for projects that include the use of technology
• Lack of adequate technical support in educational institutions
• Less teacher training opportunities
• Lack of knowledge of how to integrate technology to develop curriculum
• There are also negative aspects of the new technology used in education.
• Many questions and ethical issues arise from the use of the latest technology in education.
